an elven crafted cold iron longsword not masterwork

This is an older quest reward that is magical but does not have masterwork quality. Its still very nice though masterwork or not. It was recently fixed in the game to be made of cold iron.

This sword appears to be cold iron crafted by a master smith.
The hilt of the blade is grown of moonstone with the carvings
upon one side of a crescent moon and the other of a broken
arrow and tear drop. Along the length of the beautiful blade
is an inscription in elven.
It is a long sword in the double-edged blades category of weapons.
It can be picked up, held, held in both hands.
It cannot be worn with any other armour.
It is medium in size and would fit any body type.
It is made of cold iron and weighs about 4 pounds.
The inscription reads: "Till the crusade is done,
I shall sing with the blood of the drow"
There is a green elven rune next to the words, that you might try to touch.
