House Baenre insignia not activating

The keyword for this item is "phor". When you type that by itself, you get a levitation buff that allows you to float around the UD, and it allows access to the Baenre stronghold. Recently, when I use it, it will not activate with the keyword, and I don't get any message saying that it's out of charges. I've tried to 'tune' and 'detune' as the item says has to be done, to use it, but that does nothing. I even visited a few magi in the city to try and recharge it, with no success. I've tried typing Phor by itself, saying it, everything possible to activate it.

The only problem that I found with this is that it would not correctly punish users who were not Baenre drow, and I have fixed that. The command highlighted in the insignia's description is attune, not tune. Are you using this outside of the Underdark?

Nope, I'm inside Menzo using it. (The only other place I can go, besides menzo, is into the Dark Dominion) Also, I can't recall what I used to see 'tune' and 'detune', but the were in the description at some point, because if you type tune or detune, it has a physical affect on the amulet. Then attune tells you the command word. Strangely enough, it started working today, but for the past few days it had been non functioning? I'm not exactly sure what caused it to start working. I'd say it had been used a solid hundred plus times before it stopped working before. But as of now, self resolved?
