Found two pets that are sold in High Forest that do not let me use the mount command. They are both type horse and not sure what would stop it from working for a size small character. Just seems like they would be useable by a size small creature as a mount similiar to warfoxes.

I made it possible for small creatures (only) to ride these two pets.
