Batterhill Double Mob Spawn

I was in Batterhill doing a quest and I walked into a room only to find that the mob had spawned there twice.


Constabulary
E-Steel-bound wooden door W-Town Square
The light grey stone that makes up the walls of this constabulary are smooth,
nearly textureless, the light grey colouring adding a bit of drabness to the
atmosphere. The area, though small, is set up with efficiency in mind. To the
left of the entrance sits a tidy desk and a chair. Along the eastern wall are
three cells made with thick, iron bars, and each cell has a small, barred
window, giving its occupants a small glimpse of the outside world.

Lodin is loading twice and offering options twice. I didn't dare continue for fear that I might mess things up, but there you have it.

I saw this, what happened was Lodin moved west to talk then during the time he was absent he respawned in his home. I suppose I could add a program in his room such that if there is two, one will be sent to its death. Will attempt that tomorrow night, off to bed!

Noticed a lot of this, actually. Not sure if there's any way to despawn Bomtom or Lodin when the quest is completed fully, but that's likely something you want to look at.

Otherwise, beautifully written quest. Looking forward to seeing it from different alignment/roleplay points.

Right now, Lodin is chumming about with an assassin due to my fleeing from that battle and the assassin reporting me for battery (just see the nerve on some of these guys...). I healed up and thought I'd go back to finish the business, but Lodin came and sided with the murderous one. Now the constabulary is empty and Lodin is in the room where the assassin appears.

The plot thickens. Intrigue abound! What will be the future of Batterhill? Stay tuned for more...

Just to say this is still happening - I currently have three Lodins in Batterhill - one in the square and two in the constabulary.
And now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; and the greatest of these is love.
