Silverymoon ward message not displaying in dark rooms
If it's too dark to see and your spells are blocked by the Silverymoon wards, the game returns a blank line instead of the usual message.

Added the ACT_SEEALL flag to m4547 (no magic ethereal). This fixes the problem.
