Couldn't get the vnum for it, but the item is:
"a leather feedbag"
purchased from a merchant in Longsaddle.
problem is as follows:
This is a small bag made of leather complete that can be fit
around the neck of a horse or poney and filled with horse food.
...
Glimmer, a chestnut splashed white Cormyrean destrier tries to fit into a leather feedbag but it was made for a humanoid and so, does not fit.
