Pass plant restrictions

I believe the ooc echo when you train pass plant is that you have to know the person you are passing to and you have to have been in the place where you will wind up. I suppose this means that before using it the person should tell you exactly where they are, or is that not entirely necessary?

Ussually ill pass plant to npcs, but if I use it on PCs ill get them to tell me where they are first, and if I havent been there before, then I cant go.

Its always safe to Magic Mirror them if you can first.
