Makeloot Commands

I cannot find anywhere on the forums or builders lessons that covers this.

But is there an place where all of the makeloot possibilities are presented and what the governing policies are?

No, not at a non-staff level.
Syntax: makeloot <minor|medium*|major*> [armour|weapon|potion|scroll|wondrous|wand|consumable|nonconsumable]
* These loot types disabled.

It does not. The mobile would load the object and then drop it, give it, mpgive it, etc..
e.g.

makeloot minor weapon
mpgive i12 $n
Weapons are i127..., armour is i125...., etc. You can just use i12 to identify any loot object though.

What about with jewellery (rings, bracers, ioun stones,) does that fall under wondrous, or?

Yeah, actually there's also a makeloot minor ring which can create specifically rings, but wondrous does the ioun stones, amulets, other stuff as well!

It's worth noting that the non-consumable option will produce wands approximately 35% of the time.
