I was in combat with a few merchant caravan guards just now, and they seemed to be a bit confused about what to do with their swords; constantly wielding and unwielding them. I've included a sample from the combat below...

This mobile had a weird fight program that was a little bit off and predated the random weapons code. I removed his program (which forced him to load a new sword and equip it 80% of the time during a fight) and also removed the ACT_UNARMED flag.
