Pits Under Skullport - Bottom Level Signs
There are signs in all of the rooms on the lower level except the one to the west (unsure if there was meant to be one there or not). None of the signs appear when you try to look at/read them, although they are clearly in the description.

I just removed the signs without actual signs paired with them. I am not sure what they would even say.

Originally when the area was added I was told that the signs were supposed to be for future expansions. I don't think those expansions were ever added before the area was fleshed out further by other builders.
Justice is not neccesarily honourable, it is a tolerable business, in essence you tolerate honour until it impedes justice, then you do what is right.
