Spell Duration Drastically Reduced

I'm noticing spells that are lasting much, much shorter than they did just yesterday. And it's become extremely problematic. I can't finish a quest in the School of Magic because of it.

You begin to chant.
Traces of blue outline the magical objects in your field of vision.
The blue outlines disappear from your vision.
You say 'I am done'

It literally disappears the second that I cast it. The mob checks to see if I'm affected by 'detect magic,' when I am not.

After a couple of castings, it seemed to last a bit longer. I'll keep this up in case it persists.
