Scintillating Pattern (Helpfile)

The scintillating pattern helpfile says:

This spell cannot be cast by a conjurer
This spell cannot be cast by an enchanter

But scintillating pattern is an illusion spell, not an evocation spell. Shouldn't this be only forbidden for necromancers?
