Farming Village Wooded Area Vendor Stock

I apologize in advance for posting this if it is set as intended. In the Farming Village area, in the ranger/nature section, in a room titled 'A Shrine to Lurue' the 'elven Knight of the Unicorn' sells an item called 'soft doe skin boots'. He says the item is out of stock. I've read through some older threads talking about out of stock items, and I understand there are reasons why it can happen. The boots seem (at least to me) like it would be a common enough item.

I should have added this when I originally posted the report but I didn't think to until after. I don't know if any of the other items on that vendor, or other vendors in the area, are also out of stock. I didn't have the funds to spare testing other items and possibly ending up with a bunch of things I didn't want or need.

The resets in this area were very low. I raised them a good deal, but not the usual standard levels that I would because it appears as if the builder intended things to be somewhat scarce.
