Ladies and Gentleman, I, Mirerazai, will be hosting a Pugilism tournament upon the following date within the Fields of Triumph
http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/f ... 1630&p1=64
This tournament is not officially endorsed by any particular nationality or faith, however, I will be paying the winner's purse. A sum of 100 gold, and one magical item, with a smaller purse for the runner up. Rules will be somewhat simple, this is fisticuffs. Punching and kicking allowed, and dirt is a part of the arena. Gouging, in an attempt to permanently damage a competitor's eyes will not be allowed. Equipment shall be standardized, as obviously boxing a knight in full plate is not an acceptable option for most, so competitors will be limited to leggings for males, and leggings with a shirt for females. This will hopefully be a fun even, and something I look forward to repeating. Bracketing for the tournament will be provided the day of, nobody shall know who they fight until the first fights are about to begin. Please feel free to state intentions to compete either here, or through magical post to Mirerazai.

Pugilism Competition
Rather impressive for a bunch of farmers with pitchforks, wouldn't you say?
Re: Pugilism Competition
Harroghty will participate if I am available.
Late entry: Great idea!

Providing nothing comes up, Lylena will be in attendance!
For a wounded man shall say to his assailant, "If I die, you are forgiven. If I live, I will kill you."
Such is the rule of honor.

Re: Pugilism Competition
I'm currently considering options for members of non civilized races that may wish to join as well. If I cannot receive sanctions from the Lords of Waterdeep, the venue may be moved, if enough of the more brutish peoples display an interest in boxing.

Re: Pugilism Competition
In such case that non-civilized would be allowed there, a certain goblin would come to atleast spectate. Also suggesting heavy weight and light weight series, for higher up, and lower level characters.
