Is the necklace of flowering vines(from tangled trees) supposed to function as an amulet of communication? when examined it says it
The vines seem to bond with you as if attuned to you
Got the impression that this was the case, but i can only recieve tells when wearing it and can not send them.
Not sure if it is supposed to function as one or not, any input would be appreciated. Thanks.

No, this necklace is not designed to function as an amulet of communication. What gave you the impression that it would? If there is confusing dialog then I will look at updating it.
