Issues ordering from Bulart

I think Bulart's system's a bit frazzled. I had this happen earlier:

You say 'Tell me about your scabbards, please.'
Bulart steps back and points to his table.
Bulart says to you 'I sell scabbards and weapon loops. Baldrics, too.'
Bulart says to you 'One platinum coin will buy you one in the color of your choosing.'
Bulart looks you over.
OOC To order:
1. Pay Bulart one platinum.
2. Select a type of sheath: scabbard, baldric, loop.
3. Select a color:

I have plenty of coin for them, so it's not that I'm broke. I can carry the weight. I just think 'order' in this instance is broken.

...I did indeed fail to pay him. It was late at night and me thinking I know what all mobs say, missed that part. Thank you for looking into it though! Wish it was legitimate and not time wasting! xD
