(Hidden) a scroll of healing

Found this on a merchant, its a scroll of healing that has a hidden flag on it but is for sale. Seems to me I saw this on another merchant previously as well. This merchant is in the School of Wonder Enchanters Guild.

Belitar the enchanters shopkeeper sells wizardly items here.
