A wealthy waterdhavian shops at a leisurely pace here.
A soldier of the Manticore Company patrols here.
Zarondar Riautar looks up from an arrow, its shaft only fletched on one side, and sets down his materials.
Zarondar Riautar says to you 'Come for a bow? Welcome to my shop.'
I think he got a little lost from his shop, being right outside Lord Pie's place...
Can't budge him back to his rightful spot!
