Incense of Meditation no longer has affects

Incense of Meditation no longer has affects

This item used to have affects when it was activated, but now it only does the echoes and has no affects.

You deeply breathe in the fumes from the incense.
You feel your mind open.
The incense is now completely consumed... only ashes remain.
Justice is not neccesarily honourable, it is a tolerable business, in essence you tolerate honour until it impedes justice, then you do what is right.

Spelling is not necessarily correct :)

There are two objects for this, i4761 and i28665. The latter had an issue in its program which I have fixed, pending copyover. Thanks for pointing this out.
