Overweight Decanter

It seems my decanter has gained some weight during my absence. Weighs more than my character now:

This is a small bottle made of gem. Several tiny white runes are inscribed on it.

There is a very nice man on the High Road in Waterdeep who can help you with this problem (i.e. he will swap the old bugged version for a new lighter one).
