Balthorr, of Balthorr's Rare and Wondrous Treasures off of The Street of the Sword in Waterdeep, is broken. He's not giving a 'list' when asked. During his closed hours, he stilled says he's closed, but he doesn't provide a list when you type list in his room. Instead you get the "You can't buy anything here." message.

I need to do some work on Balthorr because he has an mpjunk comment which removes his stock. I will do this post holiday.
