Since she's an elf, I thought it a little odd.

straight blonde hair falls over her shoulders freely. Her mouth is
full and luscious. The holy symbol of Mielikki is displayed in the
center of her chest, while a mace hangs from her belt.

Tathshandra is in perfect health.
