Magic Items that do not Identify

Both of these items are flagged magical, and used to be magical. When identified they don't have any magical properties, and the magic effects do not show up on the score sheet. I think they might be broken.

The one object no longer confers a benefit and the other is a victim of the weapon flag limbo.
