Health Command?

Could we get a command that would allow someone to just display their Health status.

A brown haired, brown-eyed male moon elf has several wounds.
His head has several wounds.
His left arm is mangled.
His chest has several wounds.
His right arm is mangled.
His abdomen has several wounds.

Players can glance <character name> to get that information about those around them...
