I am guessing these are a new Beshaban supplicated item that replaced the bracelets old at some point, since I dont recall getting them. But the issue is that the description hints that there should be two ways of wearing them, a male and female style. It seems that only the male works, and Myn is now a crossdresser with her tattoo.
