Sunday Stargazing

Post by Tandria » Thu Jun 05, 2014 4:45 pm

Hello Brothers and Sisters under the Moon and Stars,

Newly-appointed Silverstar Annette Shaemir has requested that I share an upcoming event.

Come gaze at the stars in an environment free of the city's lights and bustle. We'll all meet four paces northwest in the plains outside of Waterdeep to watch together. Please be sure to dress comfortably for the weather.

Sincerely,

Tutanka Arael'Vae, ranger of Selune

[OOC: Here is the suggested time: http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/f ... 16&p1=1129 We hope to see you all there!]

That looks like a time I can make!
Great! Looking forward to see some old and possibly many new faces there (I really wish I had more time/energy to play)!

edit: I should check the actual date instead of just the day and time before I get excited -.- Can't make it on that day. I'll not even be near any computer with internet *sigh*
Well, old little Siria will have to see all of you guys another time. Enjoy this event!

This takes place in thirty minutes, and everyone is invited! Yay, tolerance!

Tip: Selunites, you will not be able to look at the stars using the keyword stars because of your symbols! Use the keyword bright!

Plains
N-Darkness E-Darkness S-Darkness W-Darkness
NE-Darkness NW-Darkness SE-Darkness SW-Darkness
Grass covers the plains like a thick carpet might cover a nobles floor.
Few trees dot the landscape and as such building made of wood are not.
an option in this region.
The sky is cool and cloudy and a cold northern gust blows.
several blankets are here with lots of plush pillows. (perfect)
(Glowing) bright stars shine in the open night sky here. (perfect)
picnic baskets are set out near the blankets. (perfect)
a basket of favors is here - take ONE! (perfect)

Thank you for coming! The ascii stars have been moved to MS for those of you who may have missed out due to RL! There are also leftover moonpies left there as a treat from the Church of Selune!

Beautiful artwork, well done Mele for hosting and creating the ASCII stars, it was a great event!
