Torm's Table

Post by Harroghty » Mon Oct 20, 2014 12:02 am

The faithful of Torm the True are invited to come together and celebrate the ritual of Torm's Table. During this event the Tormish purchase or prepare a meal and serve it to someone in need; in this case, Sir Harroghty will provide the food from his purse and larders, but asks that the other faithful come together to help him serve a meal to many who may be in need. (The Tormish will prepare and serve a meal for those who might want to attend and eat. Enemies of Torm's faith should have the decency to not complicate this event. The meal will be followed by an opportunity for the Tormish to confess to a visiting Tormtar at the Halls of Justice.)
Who: Torm's faithful and others who are hungry
What: Torm's Table (an open meal to those who are hungry)
Where: Empty lot N + W of the intersection of Selduth Street and Warrior's Way, Waterdeep
When: Saturday 1 November @ 2200 UTC
Why: To satisfy obligations to Torm the True and meet the needs of Waterdeep's poor

Tormish please chime in with your preferred timing. I am thinking this coming or the following Saturday.

Saturday is best for me. I'm in Pacific Standard Time Zone. I'll be there as Dardek!

Benorf could make it this Saturday, depending on the time. Unfortunately there is only about a 2 hour window that I could, that being between 5 - 7 pm central time

I can make any evening EST (and most weekend times), but as I don't have a Tormish anymore (just an appropriate character) don't worry too much for me.

Okay. Next Saturday (not this weekend, the next one) at 2200 UTC (1800 Eastern, 1700 Central, etc...). How's that?

If I'm around I'll bring my halfling of Yondalla, he is always hungry! hehehe :) good opportunity to meet some folks with him, he is fairly reclusive.
