Heroism doesn't improve saves
Heroism says it improves attack rolls and saves but my saves don't go up when its cast on my char Xand
I trained up double-edged bananas because the uber-plantain of doom I scored from the beehive quest was the best weapon in the game. Now it's being treated like a bug and they have gimped its damage! That's not fair! My character is ruined!

Re: Heroism doesn't improve saves
Heroism (and the greater variant) are currently coded to boost one's luck score temporarily. However, I am not seeing luck having an impact on saving throws. Does anyone know if that was an intentional change?
Re: Heroism doesn't improve saves
Heroism has always boosted luck, since the times when you could see "lucky" on the scoresheet (hence why it is Lirith's top number one favourite spell of all time ever).
I thought that luck could potentially impact many things that aren't visible to us, I always just assumed it was the same for things like saves too. i.e. you don't see any impact from the spell on the score sheet, but it still has an impact nonetheless.

Re: Heroism doesn't improve saves
Yeah, that's what I was expecting, but I did a statistical analysis with extreme changes in luck (as well as with just the Greater Heroism spell), and Luck doesn't seem to have a visible impact on saves. Does anyone know for a fact that it used to do so? I'm guessing from the way the spell is coded that it did...
