I noticed a pretty annoying thing with gnome having the commas the same colour of common, that is green.
Since it happens often to hear it along common in game, it would be nice to have a colour which is a bit different, such as maybe yellow, red or something else...
Gnome language colour

The colour command lets you adjust almost every colour you see on your screen.
Justice is not neccesarily honourable, it is a tolerable business, in essence you tolerate honour until it impedes justice, then you do what is right.

Re: Gnome language colour
Do you have a suggestion on which might affect the color that's selected for the apostrophe that dictates a different language is being spoken? To me, the colors seem something coded universally to indicate a different language is being spoken, but I could be wrong.Gwain wrote:The colour command lets you adjust almost every colour you see on your screen.

Re: Gnome language colour
I'm not sure which field, a lot of it is hard coded into the system. You'd need to carefully tinker.

Re: Gnome language colour
I admit I am a noob, but I have looked carefully in all menus and options, but I have not found any way to change the colour of the commas.
I continue to see:
-common and gnome in green
-dwarven in brown
-halfling in pink

Halfling in pink?
So much for being a big, tough ranger halfling. I had no idea that everything coming out of my mouth was pink.

Re: Gnome language colour
To explain, it's not the text you speak in. It's the apostrophe around what you SAY that is colored to indicate a different language is spoken. Try it out some timeUngtar wrote:Halfling in pink?

Re: Gnome language colour
Heh. I've had colors turned off in my client for awhile. With my eyesight issues, people's character descriptions and speech were very distracting.
Seems like I've been missing a whole part of the game without it.
