Firstly..., after combat and testing, drawing, sheathing, getting and putting in and out of sheathes/ containers i've not noticed a difference between characters with quickdraw feat and ones without. Am I missing something as to what the feat is mechanically supposed to do or?
Quick Draw Feat
===============
This feat enables you to draw weapons with startling speed. It completely
eliminates the delay that normally accompanies drawing and sheathing weapons.
It also makes instantaneous the movement of items between containers, into
your hands, and so on.
Secondly, Does the game randomly assign hp to certain mobs within a certain level range or something? I've noticed the cenario several times over the months where I'll hit something OR SOMEONE (could be you ) with 1D8+15 and it will take 3 hits to kill it, whereas the second exactly of the same type in perfect condition will die in one.
The most recent example of this is with one of my characters doing 1D8+17 damage, she hit mob 1 3 times before stunned, thats a minimum of 54 damage, Mob 2 however died in one hit no crit, max 25 damage.

quick draw and mystery npc HP
I trained up double-edged bananas because the uber-plantain of doom I scored from the beehive quest was the best weapon in the game. Now it's being treated like a bug and they have gimped its damage! That's not fair! My character is ruined!
Re: quick draw and mystery npc HP
Quick draw and quicken spell do not function at the moment, with the new combat system.
A goblin, a trickster, a warrior? A nameless terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. A most feared being in all the cosmos. Nothing could stop, hold, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.
