In the few short hours since my last bug report of a character getting trapped with no exits (Rauthin, on four feet livery), I managed to do it again on a different character.
While logged onto Nezbit, I walked into Brian's Weaponsmith on the High Road in Waterdeep. Upon walking in, this is the log:
The burlap curtain is closed.
Brian the Swordmaster's Smithy
N-Brians Street
The close stone walls of this smithy reverberate with sounds
of hammer blows, punishing the ears of the patient customer.
The low lintels are heavy with the tools of the cutlers work
and, beyond a brief storefront with swords on display, there
is a clutter of half-finished blanks waiting to be hammered,
tools cast aside, and piles of charcoal waiting to fuel fire
for the smith's projects.
A red hot forge has been set up here. (perfect)
A smithy's barrel is filled with dirty water here. (perfect)
An anvil is here. (perfect)
( 2) an iron ring lies on the ground. (perfect)
A burly man with thick, powerful arms is here.
The closes.
Brian the Swordmaster says, 'I can train:
Double-edged blades for 2 gold.
Single-edged blades for 2 gold.
Short blades for 2 gold.
Great blades for 2 gold.
Weapon focus for 2 platinum, 2 gold, 1 electrum.
Weapon proficiency for 2 gold, 1 electrum.
Exotic weapon proficiency for 2 gold, 1 electrum.
Trade focus for 2 gold, 1 electrum.
You Hmmmm out loud.
Brian the Swordmaster says to you 'Sorry, come back tomorrow after 7 o' the clock'
The is closed.
When trying to leave north, it won't allow me to leave, giving me the echo "The is closed."
I tried multiple keywords to open the door such as
open door
open north
open n
open n door
open burlap
open curtain
open n curtain
open n burlap
And alas, I am still trapped :/
Good luck!

You are free now.
I do see that Brian's exit is broken sort of - the curtain on the way out is now gone, but the curtain on the way in is in place. Not sure how this happened; there are no logs indicating a potential cause.
