My drow character has elven grandmaster, but I have never heard it in game used by any drow, PC or NPC.
On top of that all drow mobs don't even understand it.

According to the Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting, Drow have both Elven and Undercommon as automatic languages. I changed the character generation to reflect this a few years ago. It would be an effort to go and change now every drow NPC to reflect this change, too.
