Unarmed sneak attacks

When backstabbing someone unarmed it says you do a sneak attack with something instead than with a punch.

Also, what is really troubling is that, unlike punches, this something can actually sever limbs!

Unarmed attacks can normally remove liimbs, I've seen high-strength fighters punch the heads of bandits off before. I believe the skill is looking for a weapon, and since not wielding one isn't actually a weapon*, it defaults to "something" as an empty slot. It could possibly be changed, but you could also take it as "Something" being a stand-in for some random improvised weapon(eg. Grabbing a rock off the ground as you close in to smash them with, a loose board in a crumbling old mansion, etc.), giving you the opportunity to fill in the coded blank with your own RP.
