So I've taken the bullheaded feat for the first time today, and results were kind of unexpected, in that this feat seems to do exactly the same thing that iron will does (+2 will save). This braught up some questions, and I thought I'd post here for future dwarves to see if needed.
1. Am I missing a part of this feat? From what I can tell, I gained only the +2 will from it, but it's entirely possible I'm missing something or there are effects that simply don't show up on score etc.
2. If I'm not missing anything, and bullheaded does just give +2 will, would this effect stack with iron will, granting a total +4 to one's will save?
3. If bullheaded grants only +2 will, and it doesn't stack with iron will (as I expect it doesn't), why have it as a feat at all?
Thanks to anyone who could help me out.
Bullheaded and Iron Will Feats
Re: Bullheaded and Iron Will Feats
I'm unsure if the additional effects, such as the charm resist for Bullheaded, from feats are visible on AFFECTS at all, and they're unlikely to be visible on your score sheet for clutter reasons, I imagine. I haven't ever seen anything resist-esque in my score sheet (and I've had a few things that alter them), but I've seen them in my affects list.
If someone has had Strong Soul, they should be able to tell us if its death/evil magic resist is visible in any form which, if it is, would mean there's a display bug on Bullheaded or something worse. I've been pondering getting Strong Soul if I find a teacher for it, actually, and it'd be nice to know beforehand if it's supposed to show anything besides the obvious saving throw buffs.
Side note, if it does stack with Iron Will, that's pretty awesome and would be an amazing addition to most Fighters (heh heh).
