Share your favorite meals!

Have a favorite dish in all of Faerun? A meal you dream yourself eating? A regional specialty that provides the warm comfort of home wherever you are? A creative combination of foods you think everyone should try? If so, I, Derayn Willowridge, Trueseed of Chauntea, would like to hear about it. Food can bridge the most different of cultures, so I am collecting writings about favorite meals, dishes, and food in general to help build some of these bridges. These writings can be about the feelings a particular meal can inspire, the sensations and tastes that the food can provide, or maybe even a story about why this dish is important to you. Incentive for submissions will be provided in the form of a fifteen platinum prize for the best writing about a favorite dish or meal, ten platinum for second place, and five platinum for third place. Passion will be rewarded, and samples that help the judge see how the food inspires you will not be turned down. Please hand or mail your submissions, which may be brief or less brief, to Derayn. After a suitable time, a last call for submissions will be made, and judging will commence. Best entries will be shared with the public for the enrichment of the palette of many.
