Is there any way to know the area's name in which you are?
Sometimes I wandered somewhere and I thought, this place looks very cool, I wonder if there is a helpfile giving out a bit of background information...

You can sometimes be clever and sort of recognize an area using the list of areas but no. I think its generally relegated to asking about it IC to encourage interraction.
I trained up double-edged bananas because the uber-plantain of doom I scored from the beehive quest was the best weapon in the game. Now it's being treated like a bug and they have gimped its damage! That's not fair! My character is ruined!
