Levitate doesn't work for fly rooms

Levitate doesn't work for fly rooms
As in subject. using levitate doesn't let a person enter a room marked with whatever code that echoes
"You'd need to fly to go there."
For reference though, help levitate:
This spell enables the target character to levitate. It makes a character float slowly to the ground when falling in the air, and allows you to move over water and through the air.

I trained up double-edged bananas because the uber-plantain of doom I scored from the beehive quest was the best weapon in the game. Now it's being treated like a bug and they have gimped its damage! That's not fair! My character is ruined!

In which room specifically did you have an issue?

These rooms are assigned an AIR sector. I know that levitating will work for exits which require flight (EX_FLY, EX_CLIMB, etc.), but it appears that this sector type needs actual flight.

The levitate spell lets you float vertically, but it shouldn't let you float horizontally. Unless the air sectors are stacked atop one another, it would not make sense for it to let you cross such rooms.
A goblin, a trickster, a warrior? A nameless terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. A most feared being in all the cosmos. Nothing could stop, hold, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.

You can push off against a surface, or pull yourself along one to gain some momentum. Of course coding the exact movement is more work than its worth. I'd say there are more areas in general that allow some kind of pull along / push away from cenario than there are empty space ones as long as there's a ceiling. Just something to consider when designing rooms like this in the future perhaps. It'd be nice to see the spell used more often.

This problem also exists for example in the pit of the troll cave in the troll mountains. If you enter the hole while levitating you get stuck in a limbo, where you can't fly up (which I think is correct considering how the spell should work) but you can neither go to the room below and get the message "you'd need to fly to get there"

Makes sense but the helpfile for levitate probably needs a tweak.
Fly = move about under power
levitate = float there and wave your arms about
