I really think this needs to be said, because it's something I really appreciate. There was a hard road back in the day for this game. Over a decade ago I was a brat entitled teenager and I acted the part. Today I find myself reminiscing of good times from this game. The hard work that went into it from the IMM teams (thank you guys and gals) but also there's more to it.
What's really held this game together is the community. It shows, because as soon as I come back what do I find? A warm welcome. New faces I don't know and old faces from the past and it's like those 10 years never went by.
If it weren't for all of you putting in the time and effort to make this game fun who knows what could be going on right now? This game helped me through a dark time and now it's helping me through another. So thanks for holding it together, sincerely and heartfelt. You guys rock.

aww, shucks, thanks fellas.
Despite recent grumblings, the community here is stellar beyond what I'm used to out there.
Its like this mud sucked in all the reasonable people and left most other MUDs barren of the rare resource

I trained up double-edged bananas because the uber-plantain of doom I scored from the beehive quest was the best weapon in the game. Now it's being treated like a bug and they have gimped its damage! That's not fair! My character is ruined!
