Account Alias Not Working

I set up some account aliases (aalias) so I don't accidentally kill stuff when I'm meaning to look at it, but they don't seem to be working.

Account Alias list:
kil = l
ki = l
k = l
Character aliases: 29/75, Account aliases: 3/75

If I type in any of those (kil, ki or k) the game responds "Kill whom?" when I want it to look. Did I do something wrong with my syntax or is there a bug with account aliases not working?

These should be working - I have tested them on the testport and they work fine, across logouts and PCs. The syntax should be
AALIAS K L
and I think that is what you have to have used for your AALIAS list to show what you display.

Could you please check to confirm that there are no PC-specific aliases that might be conflicting with the account aliases? Failing that, I'll have to try to troubleshoot with you in real time.

I experienced it once, exactly with the same aliases. It seemed that something triggered it and logging on again fixed it. Not enough, however, for me to keep relying on them, so I used only character aliases from then.
