Semberholme loading VNUMs from Testport Area

This doesn't bother me if that area (wildelfvillage.are) is soon to be live, but it appears dormant and therefore I recommend that we prune these resets for the time being.

Wild elf village is in the last phases of testing before going live. Just FYI. It should be in very soon.
