I seem to be having trouble with the key and strongbox bought from Immersea. Specifically, I can't unlock the box; the below is taken directly after I bought both items.
The key's extra desc correctly display's the PC's name. I later tried using various different keywords to target the strongbox, including strong, box, strongbox, duskwood, etc. I also tried holding both box and key, but the box is not wearable (it's actually not takeable, either, which I realized only after putting it into another container and being unable to get it out again).i
