Please, add a no mob flag in some room that prevents umber hulks (aggressive ones) to get into Waterdeep streets.
I was with two newbies today and it was something traumatical.

Implemented a safe room at the top of UM, but it should not be used for shooting or spamming mobiles who cannot reach you.
