Area Checker Fails to Upload

I am getting this--

The upload failed with error code 0

--when attempting to submit any file to the checker. I thought it might have something to do with the site's having been moved lately? If not, what might I be doing wrong?

EDIT: P.S., the link for the area checker here is broken and leads to a 404. It should point here, or at least, that is the latest mention of any checker I found in the forums. Much more minor an issue, but thought I'd mention it.

Adding to that, testport seems to be up and running albeit every command will return a 'Huh?'
