I was hopeful that it was this that has meant I haven't been able to log in, but alas it appears not!
Work has caught up and finally blocked port 443 so...unless any geniuses out there have any ideas my playing time has all but disappeared!

One can log in now, but understand that there are some limitations to the version of the game running. Mask got something up and running for us to play with until the whole game is rebuilt.
Think of this a little bit like Wayne Manor after it was burned down in Batman Begins and we're in the high rise apartment for a little while. (But The Dark Knight was a good movie, right?)
You should be making a totally new account and totally new names (for the time being). Your old account and PC names will come back, but they are just not loaded right now.

I can try and open some more ports on the box, 443 for example, are there any others I should add?

80 if you can. If people have issues with some being blocked that one at least should be available.
