Adoubement for Saoirse

We're looking at two potential dates: Monday 22 May or a weekend following. Saoirse can make an afternoon time happen on the Monday (thus accomodating European timezones), but not on the weekends when it would have to happen during the very early morning in Europe. Which seems more feasible for those who would attend?

I should be perfectly fine to attend whenever, but Monday would be preferable, personally. I tend to play a bit later at night, so it would mesh most comfortably.

I work Monday, so unless it is after 11 pm, CST, I could not make it. But I am just one person, so have it when more people can go. :)

I'm out for either of those dates due to work schedules.
