I, Eluzakir Ishme-Ea, once in darkness and now a shining light, greet thee in the name of Kozah, the Raging One.

The mighty Talos desires all of Faerun regard him with fear and reverence, as is his due. He is the furious thunderstorm, the torrential flood, the sundering earthquake, and the raging wildfire. Nature is his plaything. Who are mortals to scorn his wrath?

The lies of civilization have dulled the hearts of Faerun and taught them to forget the terrifying force of catastrophe. Yet catastrophe hath not forgotten Faerun, and without devotion, the inevitable may not be stayed. Faerun must taste of the lingering doom lightly, to recall to mind the proper fear of Talos, lest he descend in his impatience to destroy it utterly.

Thus the church of Talos calls for a great Fury. Attend, ye who would see your lands preserved! Attend, ye who would revel in the destruction of Talos! Bedeck thyself in battle array, and prepare to visit destruction upon a settlement chosen for the glory of the Stormstar.

If ye claim the name of Talos, then prove your devotion this day. If ye claim him not, but regard him as ye ought, then join us, that others may learn to do the same.
