Harroghty and Aoife will be wed in Immersea at Redstone Castle. The ceremony itself will be limited to those invited IC (invitations to be sent via ingame mail), but the ceremony will be followed by a party on the High Commons which is open to anyone welcome in Cormyr and who is not an enemy of the couple.
