This month the followers of Waukeen, in cooperation with the followers of Mystra, will be holding the festival of Spryndalstar, to celebrate the wonders of magic and how it enriches our lives in ways both grand and small. This'll be a two day gathering taking place at the House of Wonder for both days, and this particular posting is just to introduce the first day; the second will be listed seperately.
The first day of Spryndalstar will focus primarily on magic. Any illusionists or anyone else who can entertain a crowd with their magical prowess and is willing to perform for the festival can expect to earn a weighty sack of platinum for their time, and if we have more than one entry we may also have a prize for the best received performance. Even if we don't get any performers, however, never fear, there'll be some amazing show or other to see. We will also be asking trivia questions to the crowd about the arcane arts throughout the day and those who can answer correctly will receive a fabulous prize!
The gathering is taking place at the following time:

Naturally some restrictions apply, and anyone not welcome at the House of Wonder is not welcome to celebrate Spryndalstar with us. Anyone caught animating the dead, for example, will be dealt with by Farron and Co. The gathering will be fully catered, so be sure to bring along your appetite! Hoping to see a lot of people with us to celebrate magic.

All craftsmen, artists, brewers and scribes are welcome to peddle their wares at the second day of the Spryndalstar festival, held in the Waterdeep markets. Rumor has it Captain Fadden herself will be holding a stall for her adventuring troupe. More tests of knowledge for magical items as per usual, come drink, be merry and loosen that coinpurse.
