In standard form, we will gather together, sail the harbor of Waterdeep, and divest ourselves of worldly treasures in honor of our glorious Wavemother. If Her favor finds us, the offered treasures will be swept by dark tide into her cache, and you may count yourselves (hopefully) amongst those safe for a time from Her divine wrath. Should you have cause to sail the seas this coming year, wise it would be to find yourself on this Festival's voyage!"
