Maskarrans frequently come across secrets, listening to whispers from the shadows. Maskarrans are invited to a ceremony wherein they offer up a secret to the Lord of Shadows, in a tithe. If there are no secrets to be had, coins or other valuables may be offered instead. In the spirit of the low being brought high, and the high low, the one who has the least to give, or the weakest one there shall be given a sum of coins.
As a secretive event, the location shall be passed out secretively. To preserve secrets. And stuff. If you have a Maskarran, feel free to send Me/Valaine a letter, tell, otell, or PM on the board.
